Chairman Lin Haichuan also said that Dongying is an important refining and chemical base in Shandong and even the whole country. The location advantage is obvious. It matches the planning and positioning of Hongchuan and is suitable for Hongchuan development. At the same time, it hopes to be supported by the leaders of Dongying City and Minato City.
