On November 10th, the training of the third training session of the instructor in Hongchuan in 2018 and the training of the first class, "The Wonderful Deduction" was successfully held at the Songshan Lake Academic Exchange Center. The relevant leaders and 32 students of Hongchuan Participated in this event.

       At the opening ceremony, Wu Zong, senior assistant to the chairman of the group and director of compliance, pointed out the significance of the training. The person in charge of the training preached the objectives of the training and the subsequent course certification arrangements.

       The course of "The Wonderful Deduction", which was lectured by the international TTT certified lecturer, the international career planner, and the national top 40 national lecturer Huang Wei, gave an in-depth explanation of the three methods and three skills of the inner trainer's charm expression. The course is interspersed with various forms of interactions and exercises, and professional coaching is given to the internal trainers' interpretations from key processes such as opening and ending. At the end of the course, each student performed a one-minute presentation on the stage, and was given a comment by Mr. Huang and each group of students, so that each on-site student can deeply understand their own advantages and accurately grasp their own shortcomings. Deliberate training and continuous improvement provide a strong basis.
